myself and Yus had a great conversation with Teeko the other day.  man.  the stories he was able to share with us were unbelievable.  From recording with D’Angelo, to the life of his good friend and passing of J-1.  It definitely was eye opening, and of course, motivating.  Next year, I’m just gonna be grinding out a whole lot of music, non stop.  no excuses. absolutely no excuses.
